PoliciesThese are peaceful and well-maintained luxury resort condos.  

 

No person under the age of 25 will be allowed to register without a parent or legal guardian.

 

A deposit of 1 night's stay is required for reservation confirmation if booking is over 14 days out.  Deposit will be refunded if cancellation is received 14 days or more prior to scheduled arrival date.  You cannot exceed the occupancy max as stated on the site and if you do,

you will be charged $50 per person on your credit card.  Texas Treasures Rentals has the right to inspect the number of people in your party.  Any party exceeding the maximum occupancy is reason for eviction without reimbursement of rent.  

 

Two-day minimum stays (3 days on Holidays) are required in the peak summer season.  

 

Reservations are not contingent upon availability or conditions of the water recreational facilities, including but not limited to the Comal, Guadalupe River, or Schlitterbahn.  There

will be no refunds for shortened stays, you must pay for what you book. 

 

10% Military, Senior Citizens, Railroad Workers Discount as our SP/UP "family" for 20 years all over the United States (not in addition to other promotional specials). We honor the military and their service to us and also loved working on the railroad.  Rates and fees

subject to change without notice at discretion of owners and Property Management.

 

Long term and Winter Texan rates are for a minimum of 30 days and no additional

discounts apply as these are the best unbeatable off-season prices!

 

Reservations without deposits are automatically cancelled 7 days after call-in date. 

 

Sorry no pets allowed. See Pet Sitter recommendation (your decision).

Swimming Safety:  No lifeguards on duty.  You swim at your own risk.  No diving or

jumping from house roofs, trees or bridges.

 

No smoking in condos.  The exit cleaning fee is non-negotiable, and non- refundable. Management/Owners have no tolerance for bad or lewd behavior and violations are

subject to immediate eviction and charges for damages and cleanup.  Examples are, but

not limited to:  police being called, complaints, too many guests on site, excessive partying, nudity, damage to property, loud music.

 

All registrants are responsible for abiding by Canyon Vista and Canyon Lake Villa rules and policies and are required to sign Liability Waiver document. Reservations are not final without signing and returning Vacation Rental Contract Release and Indemnity Agreement along with a copy of your driver's license or other valid ID.  The person who makes the reservation needs to be the one who signs the Agreement and will be responsible for property and actions of the other guests. 

 

Current address, valid driver's license, and credit card information is required to reserve condominiums.  These properties are privately owned and the Management/Owners/Agents reserve the right to refuse service to anyone. 

 

No bank wire transfers, money orders, or cashiers checks accepted. 

 

Check in time is 3:00 PM. 

Check out time is 12:00 PM.  We appreciate your courtesy as we may have guests checking in after you and need adequate cleaning time.  It is our option to charge you additional fees for late checkout. 

Directions to Texas Treasures Vacation Rentals and Lodging:

Arrival via New Braunfels, Texas.  Exit #191 FM 306 to Canyon Lake from IH 35N.  GO 18.5 miles.  Turn left at Parkview Drive.  You will see Holiday Inn Express/Hill Country/Silverleaf Resort Welcome Center.  Bear left to stay on Parkview Drive.  Entrance is on the left for Canyon Vista condos, 1581 Parkview Drive, or Canyon Lake Villa condos, 1025 Parkview Drive.  

Arrival via San Antonio Texas.  Take exit US-281 N toward Johnson City.  Turn right on to FM 306.  Go 13.1 miles.  Turn right at Parkview Drive.  You will see Holiday Inn Express/Hill Country/Silverleaf Resort Welcome Center.  Bear left to stay on Parkview Drive.  Entrance is on the left for Canyon Vista condos, 1581 Parkview Drive, or Canyon Lake Villa condos, 1025 Parkview Drive.

Unit E-4 and Unit E-9 are Canyon Vista premium 1 bedroom, 1 bath condos.  upstairs and downstairs.  Unit E-29 is our Canyon Lake Villa luxury 2 bedroom 2 bath condo, E31 PLUSH AWESOME HUGE 3 bedroom 2 bath condo.
